Scott started working at MGIC since 2001, at MGIC works with Golf Australia, Golf Victoria, amateur and professional golfers, general workplace and sports injuries.

Scott has a long-standing association with Victorian Masters Hockey, and has been the resident myotherapist for the touring teams. Since 2006, he has been traveling with the Great Grand Masters Australian Hockey Team working in the same capacity.
